prescription entering not straightforward
I ordered my prescription glasses on their website but the place to add the prescription was confusing. I ended up mixing up the plus/negative. When the glasses arrived they were unwearable. I contacted customer support who basically said they could give me 30% off my next pair. and assured me that "fytoo stands with me??" No thanks, I never want to spend another dime at this company
