I purchased a necklace from Oak & Luna while I was in Canada, and it ended up becoming one of my girlfriend’s all-time favorite necklaces. Unfortunately, the clasp eventually broke, so I reached out to their customer service. They were absolutely amazing to work with and ended up sending me an entirely new necklace as a replacement. Between the quality of the necklace and how easy their customer service made the entire process, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My girlfriend absolutely loves the necklace, and the way Oak & Luna handled the issue definitely earned my trust as a customer. I would absolutely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!
