Extremely disappointed with the overall quality of service. I ordered a microwave trim kit showing as available for quick local delivery, but after a week of no updates, I called the store only to find out they didn't have the item in stock. Instead, they offered an open-box item with missing parts. No email, no phone call, and no initiative on their part—I had to chase them down just to find out my order was never going to be fulfilled. Misleading inventory online, poor management, and non-existent communication.
