Awful experience
Awful experience. Promised delivery times are not real, it’s a marketing tactic for urgency. I had two extremely important luggages with AV equipment shipped on an estimated delivery date, even days before I needed it. I got a sudden notice that tracking had stopped and I needed to contact FedEx. Which I did, and of course the were of no help to me. I contacted lugless for help and all they kept telling me was they will give a $10 credit for the delay. After I paid over $170 on this shipping they absolutely gave me no help, no refund, no assistance and just told me a false lie that my luggage would be delivered their next day when it’s sitting across the country right now. Do yourself a favor do not create the stress that I have been through. Do not use lugless ever
