Unexpected €309 annual subscription charge
I intended to purchase only two discounted courses for €1.38. A Domestika Plus trial was included, and I was later charged €309 / USD 355.88 for an annual subscription. The original confirmation stated that a reminder would be sent before the trial ended, but I did not receive one. I only discovered the annual charge through PayPal. I cancelled the subscription and requested a full refund immediately on the same day, and I have not used the renewed subscription benefits. Instead of addressing my individual case, customer support repeatedly referred me to a standard non-refundable policy. I am very disappointed with the subscription process and customer service. Please read the trial and automatic-renewal conditions very carefully before purchasing.
