Please do not borrow from this company. After paying on time for 3 years I called them and asked them to please stop my direct payment due to a medical emergency. I called my branch 3x and left messages with no reply. I called the 800 number and a rep told me no problem. Today they withdrew my payment. They are in the business of keeping people in debt.
