i have been charged by this company and its been over 2 weeks and no one can tell me what the charge is related too. i have made 2 phone calls lasting over 1 hour only to be told i needed to email support. I have emailed support - no answer for a week and when i did a follow up they requeste me to send them a bank statment. i am an existing customer and i feel they should be able to find a simple bank transaction.
