Order 32405885 has been in transit for 9 weeks. The agent dealing with my case refuses to read my tracking g and says it has been delivered, it is still in transit. They said they would refund me and then 3 days later took that back and said that they can't refund me as it is being delivered. My tracking says it hasn't been delivered, the courier says the parcel is lost. SCAM I haven't gotten my products, I have 0 support from your chat bot ai agents. Disgusting and disappointing as this is my first purchase Edit - Aniyah is not helping me, they are telling me it is delivered when tracking clearly shows it's in transport and has done this twice now! No one else is supporting me and it keeps getting passed back to Aniyah who doesn't help. I wish I could upload images!
