Disappointing gifting experience
I sent this as a birthday gift to my brother-in-law. He received the gift card but the enclosed card was for someone else! There was obviously some confusion. My sister had to contact Giftly several times to find out who the gift card was actually from! It was Not the online gift experience that I had wanted. Very disappointing
