I placed my retainer order on July 8
I placed my retainer order on July 8, 2026. The last update I got was July 13 saying that my order is being made. When I placed my order, I was notified that it would be shipped out within 2 to 3 weeks and it is now well beyond that timeframe and I haven’t even gotten not one notification. Since then I’ve contacted customer service and they informed that my retainers will be sent out this week. Now it is Friday the 31st and I still have not gotten any notification nor email. I am growing weary and impatient because if you know anything about retainers, if you are without them too long, your teeth will start to shift, which mine has. I am just worried that I won’t be able to fit in my retainers by the time I do receive them, whenever that may be.
