Missing items, delayed shipping
I placed 3 different orders with Zazzle recently. There were significant problems with both orders, including canceling a baby shower invitation (without telling me) but shipping me the envelopes anyway, just not sending a package I paid expedited shipping on. The tracking says it was never picked up. Zazzle customer service is non-existent. I have yet to talk to a real person. I would not recommend them.
