Placed the order on the 11th and received an email same day that the order had been processed. Impressive for a Saturday. Then got an email that it was actually shipped on the 15th. It didn't arrive until the 21st -- which is on USPS. Turns out, the belts we ordered are double wrap, which isn't what we wanted. Looking again at the website, there isn't any indication of this "above the fold" where the ordering options are. It's lower on the page with other information. All in all, we just threw away almost $30 -- can't use these belts -- and ten days waiting for the order.
