Tried to order BOGO from clicking an add sent to me, thought I ordered it, got just one. Sent a message saying I thought I was getting two, was told I didn’t order two… Fine. But you know you had the promo, you know I ordered it during the promo, you know I intended to use the promo; instead of offering to help at all or let me fix the purchase, you just tell me I messed up and need to do it right next time. There will be no next time. A mistake is a mistake, but this was an easy fix on their end and they don’t bother.
