Horrible customer service
Unfortunately, I still don’t have my parcel. I put a parcel locker as my address and it was accepted however I was late to notified that DHL is delivering it and when I asked if the parcel locker would be a problem, I just got a message back telling me to follow the tracking and it had been sent. Which literally meant nothing and didn’t answer my question.
