CANCELLATIONS IMPOSSIBLE
I had to cancel my reservation because my trip changed…. For 2 full days before my parking reservation I tried to cancel!! I tried online multiple times…. Site wouldn’t accept my cancellation. Phone calls not answered, emails not answered!!! No chat!!!I even got up at 4:00 am to try to cancel before my 7:00 reservation!! It is IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION ONCE YOU MAKE IT!!! BEWARE!!!! They owe me $97. Plus change!!!! RIP OFF!!!!
