I Purchase this Product often and it usually notifys you that they "received your order" & next quickly "prints the label", and keeps You updated with their progress. Almost all the other times that I've ordered the product, the order is "shipped" the next day. I've ALWAYS Sent Back stellar Reviews. This time it seemed that it was taking a few days to "ship" the Product? I emailed the Company with my Concern & I don't know how, but the Very Next Day my Product was Delivered to my address!? I really appreciate your diligence. Thank You so much...Just to be Clear, I Love your Company & of all the times I order this Product I've ALWAYS had very quick deliveries.
