False promises for seats
I got a call from Cheapoair after buying 3 tickets to Vietnam asking if I also want to purchase seats. I asked them if I could get 3 seats that are in a row and they said yes, we can guarantee you that. I discovered that the seats are 40A, 40B, and 41A, which are not three seats together in the same row. I called them back and they said that there are no seats in a row available and that I could not get a refund on the seat tickets. This is highly disappointing since I have been flying with cheapoair for more than 5 years and will not be booking from them again.
