Unhelpful, and Timewasting
They are kind but terribly unhelpful. If you have found that the AI chatbot didn't answer your question, don't expect their customer service to have any better answers. At least they're kind. I had my roommate make a payment for me and she accidentally paid for the wrong package - unfortunately it was a package that was nonrefundable. Understanding it would be unlikely to move forward with a refund but still wanting to buy the premium plan, I reached out to the customer service which kept me on hold for around 15 minutes only to tell me the exact same information. The person I was calling was kind. This has less to do with person and more to do with Wix policy pushing me away from giving them more of my money on their platform.
