I am only doing a 4 star vs a 5 because of some issues I have had in the past. With that said, I give a FULL 5 stars ⭐️ to Natalia from loyalty support. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her and she has been absolutely incredible! Natalia goes ABOVE and BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! Whenever I had an issue (which isn’t that often considering I’ve been playing on this platform almost daily for a couple years now) Natalia not only gets back to me right away, but she also does a “deep dive” into what is going on. She makes sure she does the research and her due diligence in order to help me with the best possible outcome. If it wasn’t for Natalia specifically, I probably wouldn’t be playing anymore. She is an absolute GEM 💎 and spree casino is extremely lucky to have her on their staff. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the resolution of any issues I had with the casino.
