They shipped the wrong part, are taking forever to fix the issue.
They shipped the wrong part, which is not a huge issue, that kind of thing happens. But reaching out to them to get an exchange has taken days, and remains unresolved. Frankly, their customer service and ability to address problems is severely lacking and set to their schedule. I’m still waiting to receive an email back after four days. Unacceptable.
