First, Russell Watson, was professional but most of all, he was so Compassionate! Felt his sincerely. Then Liz, a manager....my concern was having my checking frozen if payment wasn't paid. She assured me that by time payment is due, my bank will be contacted by you all to notify them of what actions are being taken. I'm counting/believing this will happen and I won't be in a jam again. Dashboard agent also very patient with me with setting up. Overall, how I was assured it was all going to work out for the best so I can breathe again n control my extreme anxiety!
