No complaints. Your videos explaining each model were great. The support with recipies and demonstrations with live people help alot. I purchased a Dome gen2. It was actually larger than I expected especially after I mounted it to the stand. Not sure why I have to purchase the wood holder. Feel that should have been included. I give high marks for your support. I do have one piece I can't find a place for. I will call for advise. Looking forward to using it!
