**** update **** To my surprise, I was contacted by email and they arranged a solution. It's strange that they respond very quickly when I leave a review, but when you need help, they are nowhere to be found. Because the issue has been resolved, I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars. Poor quality protein Here I will never order again. The quality is poor. The powder does not dissolve well and is not a fine powder but clumpy. The bags do not close properly. The shipment took more than 5 days to the Netherlands. Customer service is not reachable. The shipments come from abroad and they use PostNL e-commerce as a forwarding service. They are cheaper than XXL, but I would rather pay 10 euros more for better quality and faster shipping. This makes no sense. Cheap ends up being expensive here. Order placed on 03 / 03/2026.
