First Experience Total Failure On Every Level
I went to place my first order with the company. There was an advertised sale on their site that would have given me 45% off one item, and 15% off another. I had a Discount code given to me by one of their reps at the Gym this morning that gave me 45% off both items. (His name was Ari something.) When I proceeded to checkout it removed all discounts both the one from the code and the one from their site. I was charged full price for both items and despite IMMEDIATELY contacting the company they told me I they could not 1 fix the price to EITHER discounted price, or 2 cancel the order once placed. They are telling me that I must go through their return system which is absolutely going to be a hassle I'm sure. I will be returning the product unopened once it arrives, I will be finding another company to buy product from, and I will be telling every member of the gym I am a trainer at as well as all of our instagram and tiktok followers to avoid this company at all costs.
