TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered my glasses on May 18th 2026. Since then it has been a nightmare. When I received my glasses the lens were incorrectly fitted in the frame so it had an annoying noise as they dance on the glass frame. So I went through the hassle of returning it. I live in Costa Rica and to return it was super expensive. Gladly I had a trip to Miami and I was able to sent the glasses back via UPS. I was very clear with them that I was from Costa Rica and I couldn't be returning the glasses back and forth. So I needed this second time to be done correctly. They swear to me that it will be going through the proper QA. After waiting I finally got them back. Guess what? Same thing. Now they refund me only for the lens and don't want to give me the full refund. I sent them another video and they determined the same result from the first time. The problem was that the lens were not fitted properly. How is this still my fault? Your company made it wrong twice. I want a full refund and now they want me to send it back from Costa Rica which I got no problem but they should pay the $100 fee. They said they are not paying any more fees. Well it's now July and I'm still dealing with this people so just stay away. Too much trouble for some eyeglasses.
