Really disappointing experience. My husband purchased these LetsGetChecked kits a while ago and gave them as a gift … we intentionally held onto them because we planned to do them in connection with a milestone birthday. When we finally went to use them, we learned they were expired. I contacted customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution in the form of a replacement kit, and instead got a hard NO on both a replacement kits or refund after waiting on hold for 23 minutes. Their position was essentially that too much time had passed. Which misses the point. We paid for a product that ultimately could not be used, and when we reached out in good faith, the company refused to stand behind it in any meaningful way. It’s frustrating to be left with unusable kits and zero effort of the company to make it right. ZeroStars!
