Very mixed experience
The transfers themselves were excellent, nice drivers, very punctual and all round good experience. However, on the day of our outbound flight the confirmation text said the pickup time was 12:15 but this was the time our flight departed. I messaged the 'emergency' number and had no response. I chased a couple of hours later and again no response. I managed to speak to someone via MyTransfers live chat and she just said, it is too late to change anything and closed the chat, even though I had made the booking correctly. Luckily I had been sent the drivers details so I messaged him and he confirmed they had the correct time. In short the customer service from MyTransfers was very poor but the actual transfers were great.
