Very unhelpful after identity theft
Very unhelpful after identity theft. I paid for a basic subscription which did nothing. After discovering my ID theft, and having charges accrue under my name, I found Equafax (and the local police who needed to be involve due to the amount of money involved in the fraudulent activity) more helpful.
