4 stars for a good reason
Everything about the app is pretty good. No real complaints especially with the constant improvements that are being made. The only reason for a four star review instead of a five star is due to the photo uploading during a guests checkout. If you take and attempt to upload more than five photos it times out and you have to start all over (figured this out before the guest arrived to pick up so everything went smooth, but it was a bit frustrating until I learned what the issue was). I would also allow a spot for the host to put their phone number so guest can call and speak to the person that they will be renting from vs. text/email only, which can really drag out the conversation. Many times it is much more convenient to make a phone call and to discuss what to expect or how to make things easier for both the host & guest instead of relying only on messaging through the app.
