Terrible service
Terrible service. Will deny most maintenance request then nickel and dime at move out. I have proof of damage when we moved in and they are still charging me. They expect you to power wash the entire exterior of the home annually. Completely unreasonable immoral practices. I am sure they charge for things and don't replace them in hopes the next resident doesn't catch it at move in and they can charge them again. Do not trust.
