I ordered an item to go on holiday with as it said next day dispatch if ordered before 10pm which I did. It still hasn’t been dispatched 3 days later. Spoke to customer service and they provided no information. Why does it state 2-4 day delivery but fail to mention it could take weeks to dispatch!
