Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. We only had a rower for a couple of years and used it a couple of times a week. Then the monitor stoped working. Obviously once the monitor dies, the whole machine is pretty much useless. We called the customer service and they were initially very not helpful - constant confirmation on whether we followed the reset instruction and etc. Then the asked us a $500 for technician to come out and replace. We said no thank you and will never buy this again.
