Loved my first delivery but went down hill
Loved my first delivery. Signed up for subscription. Over a week after my second package was paid for ot was still showing label created. Took forever for someone to look into it, a lot of back and forth. Package was never shipped. Would be nice to tall directly to someone rather than a chat bot then wait days for emails to go back and forth.
