Scratched bumper, full payment!
I scratched our rental car's front bumper in Portugal. Although I had to send Allianz lots of details & photos through its website, the company paid my claim in less than 3 weeks. Along the way, Allianz sent me weekly updates. I'm fully satisfied with both the company's speed & full coverage! Grateful.
