Horrible ongoing experience
Extremely disappointed with this company. The credit limit is very low even when you’re actively working to improve your credit, the APR is much higher than many other credit card companies, and the fees are excessive. What frustrated me the most was being charged a returned payment fee even though my monthly payment was ultimately made. I tried to proactively resolve the issue after a banking/payment error, but customer service told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve had four different credit card companies, and this has been the worst experience by far. Between the high APR, low credit limit, numerous fees, and lack of flexibility from customer service, I would not recommend this company. I plan to close my account as soon as I’m able.
