Nobody’s Home!
I am no less than SHOCKED at the score for Rocket Lawyer because my experience was negative, aside from being able to have my money refunded. I must applaud the rep who handled my email complaint, for that person took care of me. That being said, my question, which was my entire reason for joining Rocket Lawyer in the first place, was never acknowledged by any entity. I was not offered a referral to an attorney. I got no action whatsoever. I will not be using Rocket Lawyer again.
