mishandled lipstick
Looks like someone or something cut the lipstick and it wasn’t wrapped, so it was already opened or mishandled before I opened it. It was sad because I was very excited to try the product. So for that, which ruined the whole experience, I would give 1 star
Need a better seat map
I like Ace but it’s hard to buy tickets with your site. You don’t show what seats you're actually buying, just the row. I have to open another site like StubHub or Ticketmaster to see the seat view and figure out where they actually are.
