China Quality and No Return
I am honestly shocked by the quality. I spent around €400 on pyjamas and a satin sleep mask, so I expected premium products and an experience that matched the price. To begin with, it took weeks for my order to arrive, making it feel as though it was being shipped directly from China. Given the brand’s positioning, I expected much faster delivery. When the package finally arrived, the disappointment only grew. The packaging looked cheap and uninspiring, and the materials and overall quality of the products were nowhere near what I would expect for €400. The quality simply does not justify the price, and my experience fell far below my expectations and excitement. I tried to return it and it is not possible. They are offering 20€ or 1 article for free on a next purchase to avoid return.
