AVOID HERTZ at all costs
AVOID HERTZ at all costs. They dishonestly placed additional insurance fees and another fee on my agreement DESPITE me verbally declining them in person. This is criminal fraud by false representation. Customer Service drag the subsequent response out to try and make you give up. USE SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO RECOUP FEES. They should be investigated by the police. I used Hertz all my life but will not be using them ever again!
