I had booked a 3/4 ton truck months ago online I called them to change the pickup date and I had to repeat myself hundreds of times they wouldn't listen to me just kept talking saying the same thing over and over I asked for a email saying I changed my pickup date they said sure we'll send it I called back because no confirmation email they told me they cancelled my reservation so I recommend you go somewhere else that hertz,s doesn't own no hertz,s dollar,avis,etc i got screwed last year by hertz,s saying I damaged a vehicle but I didn't had to pay 600 something for damage I didn't do so I'll never go to hertz,s ago
