Defective toy replaced instantly.
The toy I bought at Christmas recently started to become defective. I contacted the Bellesa Care team and they are sending me a brand new toy right away. The time period from submitting the form about the problem to being sent the same toy, free of charge, was 1 day. The customer service was excellent, and the team deserves high praise. The whole process was very easy, as they only required a video to see that the toy was defective, so my experience was very simple. This has shown me that the company cares about their customers, so I will definitely be purchasing again.
