I have never worked harder in my life than I did working with Allianz trying to convince them that my most complicated story and request for a reimbursement was the truth and nothing but the truth. Took one and one half month back and forth before I finally received what I felt was deserved. The five stars only represent the end result. It was exhausting at best, perhaps they felt the same!
