If I could give negative stars I would. I hit a $20 spin bonus after spending thousands of dollars to get the bonus and I won $0.00 on the bonus game. A literal $0.00 win Contacted customer support thinking it must be a mistake or glitch and they told me I was out of luck nothing they could do.
