Lisa B was very pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable and well spoken. Definitely a hard-to-come-by set of attributes these days for phone based customer service and the only reason I stayed on the phone at all. This was a very uncomfortable thing and she did a fantastic job alleviating that.
