Best deal, great communication
Rugs Direct offered the best deal for my desired rug. I really appreciated the 15% discount offered for signing up for texts. The communication about my order, shipment, and delivery was helpful and accurate. The current rug arrived and was packaged well. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Rugs Direct. I did buy a rug I was 98% certain I would keep, however, due to the burden of return shipping costs.
