Glasses arrived broken
My glasses arrived broken. I emailed customer service the same day they arrived and included pictures. They were going to replace the glasses as they were under a warranty for 180 days. However, they told me I had to pay for shipping which I feel is wrong. They arrived broken they said they would pay for shipping if I gave a 5 star review. They did make good on replacing the glasses at no charge. I have tried the glasses. I like the style of the frames. I am likely to buy another pair with my current prescription.
