I sent money to my Country
I sent money to my Country. The payer/ bank in the Dominican Republic was having issues. After the the 6th day of my recipient not being able to receive the money transfer. I called boss revolution gor assistance gor this unusual problem. I asked that my money was moved to a different institution as it's been too many days and thr money was needed immediately. I was told by the rep and the supervisor that the only thing they could do was cancel the transaction and wait for the money to be returned to my account in 2 - 3 days. I felt that Bosd revolution could have done more in this case, as it wasn't my fault. They could have bypassed this wait time by canceling the money from the bank and transferring the money to the new institution and avoid having me have any further delays. This was disappointing as the importance of money transfer is something that should be taken more seriously as there are many reasons why the money is being sent. In this case it was a time sensitive personal issue I was trying to resolved and it made me look as unreliable to my family in my country. Please address this properly.
