The person who helped me was awesome. Explained everything so thoroughly, answered my questions, eased my fears of stopping payments. He had great empathy and was nonjudgmental. Understood the shame folks have with these kinds of situations. I appreciated his words very much. I'm just starting, though, so can't review results yet!
