Confusing Processes - Missing Information
I was unable to use this site to 1. File a NYS extension on 1040.com 2. List when I had paid a state extension on a different program so that I would not be double charged by paying the taxes owed twice 3. Get information from the Help Assistant - I kept getting "This information is not currently available in the 1040.com Knowledge Base." (for example, where I would add my Driver's License.) The HSA and IRA fields were also very confusing. After a few rounds of questions, I was able to get some customer support from fileonline@1040, but it took a few tries. Everything was SO time consuming.
