Good eyeglasses at a reasonable price
Pros: The staff was friendly, all tests were done professionally, and the technician explained each test, as well as any additional test pricing (I have dry eye issues which were optional tests) Post testing, another technician asked questions and guided me in picking out appropriate frames. The new glasses came in on time and the quality of the prescription is excellent! Cons: At this particular store, the setup was confusing. Customers walk into the large, well lit showroom of eye glass frames, but the check-in desk was located behind a wall toward the back of the store, with no clear signage directing customers where to go. More than one customer was confused and had to be directed to their desk. Also, the frame technician has no way to know which customer is next. The customer before me took quite awhile to pick out her frames, and at least 3 of us were waiting on the technician, wandering around and looking at frames while we waited. Either a sign- in sheet or a number system would have helped her.
